The annual Prescott Area Studio Tour was held the first weekend of October 2019. This was my sixth studio tour and much stress went into planning. I decided to set up in the back workshop space of my long-time place of employment at The Frame & I. The woodshop space has a separate entrance that can be propped open for the weekend. The day before, the saw equipment and workbenches were shoved to the corners and portable show walls were set up along with a rug to complete the look. I quickly found that I needed more places to hang paintings, so I hung them from shelf hooks, pegboards, and from chains over windows. I hung a huge banner over the window and spilled paintings onto the sidewalk for an invitation to see more. It worked out great, many attended and gave positive feedback on my work.
